What we collect and why
The short version: we collect what you send us, and we watch how the site gets used so we can make it better. Nothing is sold.
When you send an enquiry
The contact form asks for your name, business, email, phone, what you do and your message. We use those to reply to you and to arrange a session. We don't sell them, and we don't pass them to anyone else for marketing.
The form is handled by Netlify, which hosts this site, and the enquiry is delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox.
How the site is used
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, where people click and how far they scroll, along with the device, browser and approximate location. Clarity uses cookies to do this and can replay a visit as a recording.
What you type into the contact form is masked, so it is not captured in those recordings. Microsoft explains how it handles this data in the Microsoft privacy statement.
Fonts
The typefaces on this site load from Google Fonts. Your browser requests them from Google directly, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads.
Where it is stored
Netlify, Microsoft and Google may store or process this information on servers outside Australia.
